HeliumBalloons.Net is operated by Balloony Limited, company number 14693204, 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, United Kingdom, EC2A 4NE.
By placing an online order, you confirm that the delivery date, delivery postcode, preferred time, logo upload, balloon colour, ink colour, print option and fulfilment method are correct.
Branded helium balloons are custom-made goods. Once artwork, print preparation or production has started, cancellation and refund rights are limited.
Payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
Please make sure venue access, loading, parking and handover arrangements are suitable for your selected fulfilment method.
