Refunds & Cancellations
Branded helium balloons are personalised products made for your event. Because they are custom-made goods, refunds and cancellations are limited once production has started.
If you need to amend or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Where production has not started, we will review what can reasonably be changed or refunded.
Helium balloons are affected by temperature, handling, air movement and venue conditions, so exact float times cannot be guaranteed.
